• Completed Admission Application
• Copy (in English) of student's school report for the previous two years
• Letter of reference from attending school
• Signed Registration Agreement Form

Upon receipt of the above documents by Canadian Independent College, and provided the student meets the set requirements, an offer for placement may then be forwarded. If placement cannot be confirmed, then the student will be placed on a waiting list.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

All academic fees must be paid in full prior to final acceptance by Canadian Independent College. On receipt of full payment of academic fees, a letter of acceptance is forwarded to the parent/guardian of the student. The parent/guardian submits the acceptance letter and other required documents to the Canadian immigration authorities to support their application for a student visa in their respective countries.

• Copy of visa
• Three recent photographs of student
• Copy of student's up-to-date immunization record in English
• Notarised letter of guardianship if under 18 years of age
